Key Elements Counseling is looking for talented, licensed psychotherapists (LCPC, LCSW-C, LGPC) to join our private practice in Frederick, Maryland to provide quality, evidence-based therapy services to children, teens, and adults.

The position is a W2 employee status (not a contractor) that will have administrative and billing support.  The therapist will hold at least 15 sessions per week and have a hybrid schedule of telehealth and office-based services.  We value flexibility and a healthy work-life balance and encourage therapists to set their own client schedule.  

Requirements:

• LCPCs, LCSW-Cs, and LGPCs with a license to practice in Maryland.
• Knowledge and training in evidence-based practices (CBT, ACT, DBT, Trauma)
• Credentialed with Carefirst, Cigna, and UHC a plus
